Through the comparison and analysis of the epitaph of Yelv Lu and his wife Unearthed in the Liao Dynasty and the Dunhuang documentary memoir, we find that most of the main contents of the epitaph are copied from the book “Record Room Preparation”. Because this side of the epitaph is likely to be unearthed in Liao Shangjing near Linhuangfu, the author speculated that the Tang Dynasty “record room to be” and other handwritten instruments as early as the Liao dynasty that has spread to the north of the heart of the Khitan. In the early days of the Liao Dynasty, the absorption and inheritance of talents and the military governorship in the Central Plains provided the possibility for the spread of the journal room literature to the north.
