花生是我国主要经济作物之一。我们唐山地区多少年来一直是用犁铧开沟,手工点播。不但效率低、劳动强度大,而且往往误了农时,造成减产。为此,我们从1971年开始,组成了由工人、干部、技术人员参加的三结合小组,对花生播种机进行了研制。经过三年多的反复实践,改进和提高,外学内创,反复试验140多次.研制成BH—4型倾斜圆盘式花生点播机(见图1)。两年多来分别在赵店子、杨官营等九个公社中的二十五个大队试用,共播种花生二千六百四十亩(其中1973年播种一百四十亩,1974年已播二千五百亩)。从试用情况看,效果较好,受到贫下中农欢迎。机播比犁开沟人工点播提高效率十倍。早出苗1~2天,一般可增产20~30%,而且出苗率高。
Peanut is one of China’s major cash crops. We Tangshan area for many years has been using plowshare ditches, hand-on-demand. Not only inefficient, labor-intensive, and often mistaken for agriculture, resulting in reduced production.
