选取我院2013年11月~2014年12月收治的50例维持性血液透析治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组患者使用常规血透物品,观察组患者使用一次性血透护理包。结果观察组患者护理操作准备时间(0.5±0.1min)明显低于对照组患者(2.4±0.5min),二次污染发生率为8%、交叉感染发生率为0%,均低于对照组的36%和24%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。一次性血透护理包的临床应用,缩短了护理操作前的准备时间,降低院内感染的发生风险,提高了护理人员的工作效率,值得应用与推广。
Fifty cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted from November 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases each. Patients in the control group received routine hemodialysis items and patients in the observation group received a one-time hemodialysis care package. Results In the observation group, the preparation time for nursing operation (0.5 ± 0.1min) was significantly lower than that of the control group (2.4 ± 0.5min), the incidence of secondary pollution was 8% and the incidence of cross-infection was 0% 36% and 24%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The clinical application of disposable hemodialysis care package shortens the preparation time before nursing operation, reduces the risk of nosocomial infection, and improves the work efficiency of nursing staff, which is worthy of application and promotion.
