各市、县(区)人民政府,省人民政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:省公安厅、民政厅、财政厅、物价局《关于换发第二代居民身份证有关具体工作的意见》已经省政府同意,现转发给你们,请结合实际认真贯彻实施。换发第二代居民身份证(以下简称“二代证”)是党中央、国务院作出的一项重大决策,各级政府要高度重视,切实加强领导,近期要召开一次换发二代证工作领导小组会议,听取工作情况汇报,协调解决有关问题,确保换证工作按计划顺利进行。各设区的市五月份要开始人像采集试点工作,六月份在有条件的县(市、区)全面推开。有关工作情况要及时报省换发二代证工作领导小组办公室。
