武红平,深圳龙岗荷坳派出所的警长。2006年元月,他以“社区民警”的名义在辖区居民的社区论坛发帖,建立QQ群,开设民警博客,用电子网络架起了警民沟通的新桥梁。在博客时代,警长武红平的博客有点“不同寻常”。他从其他同行将博客作为“私人空间”的路上走出来,将博客作为工作辅助手段。创立这个便捷、迅速、平易的警民交流平台的,武红平在当地民警中是第一人。
