Breast milk is the best baby food, breast milk research, has been a major issue in the world’s dairy industry. Nutrients and active substances in breast milk are irreplaceable nutrients in the growth and development of infants and young children. Therefore, studying the nutritional structure of breast milk in China has become the key to providing exclusive nutrition to Chinese babies.
