人接触铅的机会很多,无论是职业性接触还是环境低浓度接触,都可引起铅吸收和铅蓄积,并通过一系列生化反应,造成血液、肝、肾和脑等多种靶器官的损害。生物膜是铅毒作用的敏感部位之一。铅可能通过脂质过氧化(LPO)反应导致膜变性及其功能障碍,并产生丙二醛(MDA),以至对机体引起有害的影响。
There are many opportunities for exposure to lead, both in occupational exposure and exposure to low concentrations of the environment. Lead exposure and lead accumulation can occur and lead to the destruction of many target organs such as blood, liver, kidney and brain through a series of biochemical reactions. Biofilm is one of the sensitive sites of lead poisoning. Lead may cause membrane degeneration and dysfunction through lipid peroxidation (LPO) reactions and produce malondialdehyde (MDA), which can even cause harmful effects on the body.
