本文应用灵敏度高、特异性强的放射免疫分析法,初步观测了先天性心脏病患者不同血管及房室中血浆心钠素浓度的变化,以探讨血循环中心钠素的主要来源。 资料与方法 一、研究对象: 1.正常对照组:正常健康人60例(男40、女20),年龄20~59岁,均经系统检查证实无心、肺、肝、肾脏等疾病。 2.先天性心脏病组:10例(男9、女1),年龄6~16岁,平均11.6岁,均经右心导管检查并已确诊的病人。其中室间隔缺损5例,房间隔缺损1例,法乐氏四联症3例,肺动脉狭窄1例。心功能均处于代偿期。
In this paper, the high sensitivity and specificity of radioimmunoassay, preliminary observation of congenital heart disease in patients with different blood vessels and atrial natriuretic peptide changes in plasma, to explore the main source of circulating atrial natriuretic peptide. Materials and Methods 1. Subjects: 1. Normal control group: 60 normal healthy people (40 males and 20 females), aged 20-59 years. All of them were confirmed by systematic examination without heart, lung, liver and kidney disease. 2. Congenital heart disease group: 10 patients (9 males and 1 females), aged 6 to 16 years, mean 11.6 years old, were confirmed by right heart catheterization and the patient. Including ventricular septal defect in 5 cases, 1 case of atrial septal defect, tetralogy of Fallot in 3 cases, pulmonary stenosis in 1 case. Heart function are in compensatory phase.
