为了给充填系统总体规划及充填系统运行参数提供依据,在实验室进行全尾砂与分级尾砂充填体强度及沉降性能的对比分析研究。根据试验结果:在起始浓度(40%)下,分级尾砂的沉降性能要优于全尾砂充填体。增大灰砂比对于提升充填体强度的效果:全尾砂要优于分级尾砂,在养护初期时,分级尾砂优于全尾砂,而在养护后期,全尾砂充填体要明显强于分级尾砂。同时,3种因素对于提高充填体力学强度效果而言,养护龄期>灰砂比>浓度。
In order to provide the basis for the overall planning of filling system and the operating parameters of filling system, comparative analysis and research on the strength and settling performance of tailings filling and grading tailings filling in the laboratory were carried out.
