目的:观察中西医结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将100例肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。所有患者给予西药常规及对症治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上加用黄芪益气固元汤加减治疗。连续治疗1月后,比较2组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间均未见明显药物副作用。结论:黄芪益气固元汤联合西药治疗肾病综合征临床疗效显著,不良反应轻微,值得临床进一步应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods: 100 cases of nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. All patients were given conventional Western medicine and symptomatic treatment, the observation group on the basis of western medicine plus Astragalus Qi Qi Guoyuan Decoction treatment. After continuous treatment for 1 month, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 80.0% in the control group. The total effective rate in the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). No obvious side effects were observed in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion: Astragalus Yiqi Guanyuan Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome has a significant clinical effect, minor adverse reactions, it is worth further clinical application.
