互联网的飞速发展,对现行的知识产权制度提出了严峻的挑战。从司法实践看,我国现行的相关法律、法规和制度尚待进一步制定和完善。日前,上海市东方中介咨询产业研究中心将互联网传播中的知识产权保护作为研究的重要课题,并组织高层次专家进行研讨。本期我们在该中心的协助下,请来三位专家,从不同角度对互联网知识产权保护作一番有益的探讨,希望给读者带来更多收获与思考。
The rapid development of the Internet poses a severe challenge to the current system of intellectual property. Judging from judicial practice, the relevant laws, regulations and systems in force in our country still need to be further formulated and improved. Recently, Shanghai Oriental Intermediary Consulting Industry Research Center of the Internet dissemination of intellectual property protection as an important issue to study and organize high-level experts to discuss. In this issue, with the help of this center, we invited three experts to make some useful discussions on the protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet from different perspectives, hoping to bring more achievements and thoughts to the readers.
