三年前我被提升为细磨车间水泥工段值班工长,开始我不知道如何掌握生产关键,怎样领导生产?但在党的培养下,经过实际工作锻炼,学到了些领导生产知识,初步克服了工作忙乱,起到了工长应有的作用.我的体会是: 要发挥群众作用,克服单干的工作作风:有一个时期,每当设备发生故障,我就自己动手干,觉得自己技术熟,做得快,能使设备早日投入生产.但事后,同志们还对我有意见,我认为“吃力不讨好”,感到苦恼.经过领导帮助,才体会到这样做,是没有发挥大家的积极作用,脱离了群众,所以群众有意见,后来,遇事与群众商量,让群众去做,自己做好检查工作,及时处理问题.事实证明群众干的并不比我差,我向他们学了不少东西,他们也因为学到了技术而满意,我们之间的关系密切了.
