为了研究瓜蒌皮治疗冠心病的有效成分,用醚醇法和水煎醇沉法提取瓜蒌皮的有效成分,并用~(45)Ca跨膜测量方法研究各提取物对大鼠主动脉PDC钙通道Ca~(2+)内流的影响。发现氯仿和醇溶物能阻滞Ca~(2+)内流,水溶物具有相反的作用,其中氯仿提取物浓度为30 mg/mL时,使Ca~(2+)内流量比对照下降31.57%。实验结果表明瓜蒌皮中可能有7种组分具有治疗冠心病的活性。
In order to study the effective components of melon skin in the treatment of coronary heart disease, the effective components of melon skin were extracted with ether alcohol method and water decoction and alcohol precipitation method, and the PDC of rat aorta was studied with ~(45)Ca transmembrane measurement method. The effect of Ca~(2+) influx on calcium channels. It was found that chloroform and alcohol soluble substances could block the Ca 2+ influx, and the water-soluble substances had the opposite effect. When the chloroform extract concentration was 30 mg/mL, the Ca 2+ flow was decreased by 31.57. %. The experimental results show that there may be 7 components in the melon skin that have the activity of treating coronary heart disease.
