作者根据霍乱肠毒素能与GM_1神经节苷脂结合的特性,制备神经节苷脂致敏红细胞,用间接血凝试验(IHA)检测霍乱肠毒素和类毒素。按方法从猪脑组织中提取神经节苷脂复合物,其中含有50%以下的胆硷磷脂、丝氨酸磷脂、乙醇胺磷脂和Rf0.2和0.25二种不同质的类脂成份,复合物提出后冰冻保存。在检测神经节苷脂中和毒素活性时,先将0.6毫克干燥制剂溶于1毫升0.86%氯化钠溶液中,然后从1:2开始倍量稀释,每一稀释度取0.2毫升与等量4个最低皮肤量的霍乱肠毒素混合,37℃放置1小时,然后给家兔皮内注入0.1毫升,
The authors prepared ganglioside-sensitized erythrocytes based on the binding properties of cholera enterotoxin to GM-1 gangliosides, and the detection of cholera enterotoxins and toxoids by indirect hemagglutination test (IHA).
