目的:建立消肿止痛类中成药中违禁添加双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的专属检测方法。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行定性和定量检测。结果:双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的线性范围为5.0~200μg.L-1,检出限为1.66和0.35μg.L-1,2种药物平均回收率在96.1%~98.6%之间。样品筛查结果一批样品违禁添加了双氯芬酸钠。结论:本方法选择性强、灵敏度高、处理方法简单,测定快速,可用于消肿止痛类中成药中违禁添加双氯芬酸钠和氨基比林的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an exclusive test for the addition of diclofenac sodium and aminopyrine banned proprietary Chinese medicines in the treatment of swelling and pain. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative detection was performed using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). Results: The linear range of diclofenac sodium and aminopyrine was 5.0 ~ 200μg.L-1, with the detection limits of 1.66 and 0.35μg.The average recoveries of L-1 and 2 drugs ranged from 96.1% to 98.6%. Sample Screening Results Diclofenac sodium was added to a batch of samples. Conclusion: The method is selective, sensitive, simple and rapid in determination. It can be used in the determination of diclofenac sodium and aminopyrine in Chinese medicines for swelling and pain-relieving.
