中国房地产在过去十年间夺尽了眼球,在房价的不断上涨中,政府终于出手调控,大多数人预期2012年是拐点,或者说是一个时代的终点。因为中国每年建设的新房已超过1200万套,而中国每年新增人口才1600万人,总有一天,每年的房地产建设规模会越来越小。但是房价呢?
China’s real estate has won the eye for the past decade. In the ever-rising housing prices, the government has finally taken control. Most people expect 2012 to be the turning point or the end of an era. Because China has built more than 12 million new houses each year, and China has an additional population of 16 million annually, one day the scale of real estate construction will be getting smaller and smaller each year. But what about the price?
