合成低熔点双马来酰亚胺,以此为基础制备了双马来酰亚胺电荷转移络合基体树脂。研究了该类树脂的固化行为以及固化树脂的凝胶含量、热稳定性。研究结果表明,这类树脂可以在较低温度范围内固化,且固化树脂具有良好的热稳定性。
Synthesis of low melting point bismaleimide, based on which a bismaleimide charge transfer complex matrix resin was prepared. The curing behavior of the resins and the gel content and thermal stability of the resins were studied. The results show that this type of resin can be cured in the lower temperature range, and the cured resin has good thermal stability.
