抗青光眼术后晶状体混浊或混浊加重,是术后早期并发症之一。1974至1981年间,著者对270眼抗青光眼术后观察2～9年,对晶状体混浊程度的变化做了分析,现报告如下。临床资料四种抗青光眼手术共270眼,其中虹膜周边切除术122眼,虹膜嵌顿术78眼,巩膜灼漏术46眼,巩膜下巩膜咬切术24眼。患者年龄50岁以下31眼,51岁至60岁98眼,61岁至70岁89眼,71岁以上52眼。
Anti-glaucoma lens opacity or turbidity aggravated after surgery is one of the early complications. Between 1974 and 1981, the author of 270 eyes against glaucoma postoperative observation of 2 to 9 years, the degree of lens opacity changes were analyzed, are as follows. Clinical data Four kinds of anti-glaucoma surgery a total of 270 eyes, including iris resection of 122 cases, 78 cases of iris incarceration, 46 cases of scleral burns, sclera bite resection 24 cases. Patients were 31 years old under 50 years old, 98 eyes 51 to 60 years old, 89 eyes 61 to 70 years old, 52 eyes over 71 years old.
