随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,印刷业的小批量、多品种、短周期等问题日益突出,如何改革生产管理工作,使其更好地适应新形势,这已成为当前的重要课题之一。本文介绍的JIT方式不仅在日本汽车工业中应用,在日本印刷业也提出生产管理的要点在于“工作安排、物料管理与余力管理”。因此,建议中国印刷企业管理者应对此加以研究,以使我们的生产管理适应市场经济的发展。
With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, problems such as the small batch, variety and short cycle of the printing industry have become increasingly prominent. How to reform the production management so that it can better adapt to the new situation has become one of the important issues at present . This article describes the JIT method not only in the Japanese automotive industry, the printing industry in Japan also put forward the point of production management is “work arrangements, material management and spare management ”. Therefore, it is suggested that Chinese printing enterprise managers should study this to make our production management adapt to the development of market economy.
