以“新选八寸”、“北京大粉”、“王兆萝卜”3个品种种子为试材,采用单因素试验设计,研究了1.5、3.0、4.5、6.0cm 4个不同埋藏深度的处理对萝卜种子萌发特性的影响,并探讨其种子萌发的最佳条件。结果表明:适当的埋藏深度有利于种子的萌发;萝卜种子萌发的最适埋藏深度为1.5~4.5cm;该试验结果对萝卜种苗培育具有重要的指导意义。
Using three kinds of seeds, such as “Newly selected 8 inch”, “Beijing Big powder” and “Wangzhao radish”, as test materials, the single factor experiment design was used to study the effects of 1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 cm 4 The effects of different burial depths on the germination characteristics of radish seeds and the optimum conditions for their seed germination were discussed. The results showed that proper depth of burial was beneficial to the germination of seeds. The optimum burial depth of radish seeds was 1.5-4.5 cm. The results of this experiment have important guiding significance for radish seedling cultivation.
