This paper describes some of the experimental results of x-ray pre-ionization electron stripping laser using water-dielectric transmission line as the discharge energy source and multi-arc channel rail switch to improve the leading edge of discharge voltage. When the typical XeCl laser discharge gas with 2 to 5 atm is discharged, the uniform discharge lasts up to 70 ns, and the output energy of XeCl3080A laser with a power of over 1.2J (5 ~ 6J / s) is obtained within the activation volume of 2 × 1.5 × 70cm ~ l).
