In the first month of the World Expo, the operation of the World Expo was smooth and orderly. The Expo site had withstood the test of a new peak of passenger flow of 500,000 on the day of the Expo. Over 800 million visitors visited the park this month. Well begun is half done. However, while we are still delighted, we have seen or heard some unsatisfactory things. They also smoke cigarette butts while smoking in non-smoking areas, and even queue up for queuing or even posing as disabled persons to occupy the “green channel.” The uncivilized phenomenon in the Expo Park has drawn great attention from the media and various discussions in the community have taken place. Those who strongly condemn these uncivilized people have in-depth discussions on the causes of these phenomena and have also offered suggestions and proposals to provide management solutions. As a magazine media based on the dissemination of safety knowledge, we would like to talk about this topic from the perspective of safety and security.
