应用放射免疫测定法对52例外科感染病儿进行血液甲状腺激素和促甲状腺激素检测,并与30例正常小儿进行对照.结果表明,重症组甲状腺素(T_4)和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)较轻症组和对照组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),重症组反三碘甲状腺原氨酸(rT_3)较轻症组和对照组明显升高(P<0.01),促甲状腺激素(TSH)无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗后三组间T_4,T_3,rT_3和TSH无明显差异(P>0.05);急性期病儿T_4和T_3较好转期和痊愈期明显降低(P<0.01),rT_3则明显升高(P<0.01).提示T_4,T_3和rT_3的含量变化与小儿感染的病情、疗效和预后密切相关.
Thyroid hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone were measured in 52 children with surgical infection by radioimmunoassay and compared with 30 normal children.The results showed that thyroid hormone (T_4) and triiodothyronine (T_3) ) In mild group and control group (P <0.05, P <0.01), the levels of antithyroid thyroid acid (rT_3) in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group and control group (P <0.01) There was no significant difference in the levels of T_4, T_3, rT_3 and TSH between the three groups after treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of T_4 and T_3 in children with acute stage were significantly decreased (P <0.05) P <0.01), and rT_3 increased significantly (P <0.01), suggesting that the changes of T_4, T_3 and rT_3 are closely related to the condition, curative effect and prognosis of infantile infection.
