国内外首次选育成功偏凸山羊单细胞质的小麦雄性不育系

“小麦新型不育系,课题组张改生助教在李正德教授和杨天章副教授的指导下,经过6年的努力,在国内外首次选育出稳定的偏凸山羊草细胞质的小麦雄性不育系并卖现三系配套。 利用小麦杂种优势是世界各国农学家们梦寐以求的目标。60年代以来,杂交小麦的研究主要是应用具有提莫菲维小麦细胞质的雄性不育系(即T型)。但T型雄性不育系的恢复源少,恢复度低,种子皱缩,很难应用于生产。此后国内外学者在大量工作的基础上,陆续又发现了20余种不同细胞质杂源的雄性不育类型,其中尤以粘果山羊草和易变山羊草细胞质为背景的雄性不育类型性状较理想。自1983年开始,张改生等以10种不同山羊草细胞质为背景的异质小麦品种Chris为母本,与1B/1R小麦——黑麦类型的77(2)杂交并连续进行回交置换,终于在国内外首次发现偏凸山羊草细胞质是一种更理想的雄性不育细胞质源。试验表明: Under the guidance of Prof. Zhengzheng Li and Associate Professor Yang Tianzhang, the assistant professor Zhang Gengsheng of the project team, after six years of efforts, first bred stable cytoplasmic male sterile lines of Aegilops sinensis at home and abroad Is now supporting the three systems.Using wheat heterosis is the world’s goal of agronomists.From the 1960s, the study of hybrid wheat is the use of Timofeewei wheat cytoplasm male sterile line (ie, T-type), but T Type male sterile lines have fewer sources of recovery, low recovery, and shrinkage of seeds, making them difficult to apply to production.Since then, many scholars at home and abroad have discovered more than 20 kinds of male sterility with different cytoplasmic heterosis Type, especially the male sterile type traits of Goosegrass and Variable goatgrass cytoplasm are ideal types.From 1983, Zhang Gengsheng and other 10 kinds of different goatgrass cytoplasm background heterogeneous wheat variety Chris for the mother In this study, we first crossed back with the 1B / 1R wheat-rye type 77 (2) and backcross-substitution.
