实现铁路车辆滚动轴承状态的不解体检测,对减少维修费用、降低维修和检测工人的劳动强度、提高生产效率、避免意外损失和保证铁路运输的安全至关重要。本文采用小波分析方法对铁路客车滚动轴承振动加速度信号进行处理,提出了新的诊断方法,并通过实验证明了该方法的有效性。论述了小波变换能量的等价性,实验处理结果验证了“不同的故障会激起不同频率的谐振”。本文所提出的方法不仅适用于铁路轴承,也可用于其他轴承的诊断。
Realizing the non-disassembly detection of the state of rolling bearings on railway vehicles is very important for reducing the maintenance cost, reducing the labor intensity for repairing and testing workers, increasing the production efficiency, avoiding accidental losses and ensuring the safety of railway transportation. In this paper, the wavelet analysis method is used to deal with the vibration acceleration signal of railway rolling stock, a new diagnostic method is proposed, and the effectiveness of the method is proved by experiments. The equivalence of the wavelet transform energy is discussed. The experimental results verify that “different faults can cause resonance of different frequencies.” The proposed method is not only suitable for railway bearings, but also for the diagnosis of other bearings.
