胜任力模式的运用保证了选择最合适人选的可靠性,增强了所选人员在其职位上持续高绩效的可能性。胜任力是指在一项工作中能显著区分一般绩效和高绩效的个体特征,它通常包括以下几方面:①知识,是一个人在特定领域的专业知识。②技能,是执行有形或无形任务的能力。③特质,是指身体的特征以及拥有对情景或信息的持续反应。④自我概念,是关于一个人的态度、价值和自我印象。比如自信。⑤动机,一个人对某种事物持续渴望,进而付诸行动的念头。
The use of a competency model ensures the reliability of selecting the most suitable candidate and increases the likelihood of the selected person continuing to achieve high performance in their position.
