目的探讨小肠镜对小肠出血手术前定位的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2003年6月至2004年6月通过小肠镜明确出血部位并行手术治疗的10例患者的临床资料。结果10例患者小肠镜术前的病灶定位与术中发现的病变部位基本一致,但其中2例定性诊断不一致。结论小肠镜对小肠出血术前定位的临床价值值得肯定,是一项安全、直观、可靠的检查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of small boweloscopy in the preoperative localization of small intestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients who underwent simultaneous surgery with small bowel endoscope and confirmed the bleeding site from June 2003 to June 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The focus of preoperative small bowel gastrectomy in 10 patients was basically the same as the lesion found in the operation, but the qualitative diagnosis of 2 cases was inconsistent. Conclusions The small bowel enteroscopy for the preoperative localization of small intestinal bleeding is worthy of recognition, and it is a safe, intuitive and reliable method for the examination.
