本文以中药材黄芩为研究对象,对5种黄芩共10个样品进行了紫外光谱分析,所得数量化特征用主成分分析的数学方法进行压缩,概括出不同样品化学成分的异同,实现了对黄芩质量的综合评价。
In this paper, the traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus was studied. Ultraviolet spectrum analysis was performed on 10 samples of 5 kinds of Astragalus membranaceus. The quantitative characteristics were calculated by the mathematical method of principal component analysis. The similarities and differences of chemical compositions of different samples were summarized, and the results were compared with those of Astragalus membranaceus.
