目的分析比较染色体异常与复发性流产的关系。方法对复发性流产夫妇进行外周血染色体核型分析。结果本文对1024例复发性流产的夫妇染色体检查中发现48例染色体异常核型,检出率为4.69%。结论染色体核型异常与复发性流产存在着一定的关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods Peripheral blood chromosome karyotype analysis of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Results In this paper, 48 cases of chromosomal abnormal karyotypes were detected in chromosomes of 1024 recurrent spontaneous abortion, the detection rate was 4.69%. Conclusion There is a relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and recurrent spontaneous abortion.
