谷城县在全省率先实施干部任免票决制、干部选任工作全程记实制、干部选拔任用工作全程记实建档制。通过如实记录工作程序,进一步规范干部选任行为。这一制度引起了中组部和省、市组织部门的高度关注,省、市委组织部先后以谷城县记实制为基础,相继出台了干部选任记实办法,在全省推行。
Gucheng County in the province took the lead in implementing the cadres appointment and removal of votes, cadres and electives throughout the record-making system, cadre selection and appointment throughout the record file system. Through faithful record working procedures, we should further standardize the election of cadres. This system has aroused great concern of the Central Organization Department, provincial and municipal organizations and departments. Based on the record-making system of Gucheng County, the organization department of the provincial and municipal governments successively promulgated the methods for selecting and appointing cadres, and implemented them throughout the province.
