为了研究解决以洋金花为主体的中草药麻醉存在的肌肉松弛不够的缺点,我们在毛主席的革命路线指引下,遵照毛主席“中国医药学是一个伟大的宝库,应当努力发掘,加以提高”的教导,开展了进一步寻找肌松剂的工作,并对防已科植物黔桂千金藤进行了初步的研究,我们通过将该植物的总生物碱甲基化成为碘化甲基衍生物(以下简称本品),进行药理研究、动物实验和临床试用,发现本品对动物和人体都有明显的肌肉松弛作用,现将我们的工作初步总结报告如下:
