随着时代不断的变化和发展,市场经济得到了空前的发展,现代企业作为我国社会经济发展的重要组成部分,提高经济管理不仅会直接影响到我国经济的增长,还会直接关系着人们的日常生活水平质量,所以,企业在进行管理的时候必须要建立一套完善的经济管理体系,从根本上提高企业的竞争能力,保障企业的可持续性发展。本文主要讲述了现代企业经济管理的基本概述,目前所面临的问题以及解决措施。
