采用受控扩散凝固(CDS)技术制备7075铝合金。研究了不同母合金成分(混合比)与不同混合温度对7075铝合金凝固组织中初生α-Al相尺寸、形貌及分布的影响。结果表明,当母合金混合比例为1∶1且浇注温度为637℃时,混合后能够得到最佳的金相组织,其初生α-Al相平均尺寸达到91.70μm,形状因子达到2.56。分析表明,相同混合温度下Al-ZnMg-Cu母合金中Zn-Mg-Cu含量越低,细化效果越好。在相同混合成分和混合比浇注时,混合温度越低,其初生α-Al相越细小圆整。
Preparation of 7075 aluminum alloy by controlled diffusion solidification (CDS) technique. The effects of different master alloys (mixing ratio) and different mixing temperatures on the size, morphology and distribution of primary α-Al phase in 7075 aluminum alloy were studied. The results showed that when the mixing ratio of master alloy was 1: 1 and the pouring temperature was 637 ℃, the best microstructure was obtained after mixing. The average primary α-Al phase size was 91.70μm and the shape factor was 2.56. The analysis shows that the lower the content of Zn-Mg-Cu in the Al-ZnMg-Cu master alloy at the same mixing temperature, the better the refining effect. In the same mixing composition and mixing ratio, the lower the mixing temperature, the smaller the primary α-Al phase.
