由国营716厂自行研制的“超短波四路数字接力机”设计定型会于1982年5月11日～16日在重庆召开。参加会议的有水电部、铁道部、交通部、石油部、冶金部、气象局、总参及电子工业部所属有关公司、设计院、研究所、工厂、学校等64个单位,145名代表。本设备系全晶体管化、固态化的双频双工数字接力机。工作频段为159～166MHz(80系列),通信容量为:
By the state-owned 716 plant developed by the “ultrashort wave digital relay four” design will be held in May 11, 1982 ~ 16 in Chongqing. Participants included 64 units and 145 representatives from Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Metallurgy, Bureau of Meteorology, relevant departments affiliated to the Ministry of Electronics Industry, design institutes, research institutes, factories and schools.
