近年来,企业社会责任运动加速发展,有关企业社会责任的研究随之不断涌现,企业社会责任的动因以及企业社会责任行动的结果始终是研究的热点。本研究以2010年以后的文献为主,梳理了国内外学者研究企业社会责任的外部推动力量和内部促进因素,探讨企业社会责任行动与公司财务绩效、消费者购买意愿、员工满意度等的关系的相关成果。分析得出,未来企业社会责任研究应当进一步细化企业社会责任行动的分析情景,关注企业社会责任对社会、环境的切实影响,深化企业如何更好履行社会责任的研究,同时探究企业不负责任行为的动因和结果。
In recent years, the development of corporate social responsibility has accelerated. Research on corporate social responsibility has been followed. The motivation of corporate social responsibility and the result of corporate social responsibility are always hot topics. Based on the literature since 2010, this study reviews the external and internal promotion of CSR research both at home and abroad, and discusses the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance, consumers’ willingness to buy, employee satisfaction, etc. Related results. The analysis shows that the future research on corporate social responsibility should further refine the analysis of corporate social responsibility actions, pay attention to the practical impact of corporate social responsibility on society and the environment, deepen the study on how to better fulfill corporate social responsibilities, and explore the irresponsible behavior of enterprises The motivation and result of the act.
