混合式K边界/X荧光检测装置(HKED)用来作核燃料后处理首端溶解液中重元素的定量测量,经验证该技术的测量精度与DA分析技术精确度相当,但速度更快操作更简单。系统由KED密度计和X荧光检测仪组成,包括一套自动控制系统,一套X射线发生装置,两台平面型高纯锗探测器,两套DSPECPro数字化多道谱仪,一台电脑用作机械控制、数据获取分析和显示。KED和XRF分析可以同时进行,也可单独进行,依赖于用户的需求。
