北京市东城区教育局印发了《加强青年教师培养工作的实施意见》,该区把青年教师(35岁以下)的培养工作看作是关系到未来十年本区普教事业兴衰成败的基础工程(以下简称“基础工程”)。
The Education Bureau of Dongcheng District, Beijing printed and issued the “Implementation Opinions for Strengthening Young Teachers’ Training Work.” This area views the cultivation of young teachers (under 35) as a fundamental project that relates to the success or failure of the general education in the region in the next decade. (hereinafter referred to as “basic project”).
