在21世纪即将来临之际，高等师范院校要构建一套新的音乐作系，一、要彻底转变观念，坚决抛弃机械模仿专业音乐院校的教学内容与教学方法的错误认识；二、突出师范特色，尽快编写一套适合中等师资需要的音乐教材；三、纠正急功近利的办学思想，努力提高学生综合素质；四、要强化艺术实践活动，丰富课堂教学内容。
At the dawn of the 21st century, higher normal colleges and universities should build a new musical system. First, they must completely change their concepts and resolutely abandon the mistaken understanding of teaching contents and teaching methods of mechanical imitation of professional music colleges. Second, highlighting Teacher’s characteristics, as soon as possible to prepare a set of music teaching materials suitable for secondary teachers; Third, to correct quick success and failure of running a school thinking, and strive to improve the overall quality of students; Fourth, we must strengthen the art practice activities to enrich classroom teaching content.
