对201不锈钢进行离子渗氮+离子镀TiN复合强化处理。并对复合强化层进行物相分析、截面形貌观察、硬度检测以及电化学腐蚀性能测试。结果表明:复合强化层的外层为厚度1.2μm的致密TiN层,中间为厚度约20μm的渗氮层,向内为基体。复合涂层物相主要为:TiN、Ti、CrN、Ni3N、Fe3N、Fe7C3。TiN复合涂层在3.5%的NaCl溶液中耐蚀性与201不锈钢基体相当,在1 mol/L的NaOH溶液中的耐蚀性比201基体提高了7倍,在1 mol/L的H2 SO4溶液中的耐蚀性比201基体提高了14倍。

The corrosion resistance of TiN composite coating is 7 times higher than that of 201 substrate in 1 mol / L NaOH solution.
