高血压病为一种常见病。口腔科门诊常有高血压病患者需要进行牙及牙槽外科手术。以往,用不含肾上腺素局麻药,常因出血或镇痛不全使手术进行困难,血压进一步增高;甚至可能造成高血压危象,因此,我们对Ⅱ期高血压病患者与正常人用低浓度含肾上腺素普鲁卡因(以下简称含肾局麻药)注射,进行麻醉前后心率、血压的变化情况的对比观察。资料与方法
