近年,我国文献已有不少关于非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的病理分型、分型和预后的关系,以及临床病理分析的报告,但对本病的晚期扩散、病程发展中的形态改变以及各内脏病变,在国内和国外的研究均不多见。为此,我们将我室1947年5月至1981年4月的8.944例尸检中的57例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤的临床资料、尸检记录、部分大体标本和全部组织切片加以复查,根据1979年洛阳会议的分类标准进行分类。部分生前曾做活检的病例,对其生前和死后病变加以对比观察。以期将我们的尸检资料中的形态学研究结果,供同道参考。
