加热炉在集气站工艺中的作用是给天然气加热,以保证天然气节流后降压降温不形成水合物。加热炉在生产运行过程中由于井口压力逐年下降,产气量较低,加热炉使用燃烧功率降低、而造成加热炉炉膛、烟管结碳、积灰严重且带不出去,燃烧产生的水蒸汽低速部分排出,水蒸汽冷凝在炉膛积水的恶性循环,对此进行加热炉燃烧器的修理和排烟系统清理水洗,排除了故障,提高了加热炉的使用效果。
