为探讨卫生防疫系列档案管理的模式 ,运用现代档案学观点引伸出卫生防疫站档案管理模式的思路 ,在此基础上建立起管理模式。认为全宗不可分散理论、文件生命同期理论、文件价值理论对制定卫生防疫系列档案管理模式的思路密切相关。集中式管理是卫生防疫系列档案管理的正确模式。
