一、图像中放集成电路μPC1365 井岗山牌黑白电视机,出现无图像无伴音故障,但屏幕上有光栅。经检查为图像中放IC(μPC1365)内的AGC电路损坏所致。测量其各管脚电压,除第⑨、(12)、(13)脚不正常外,其它引脚电压均正常,弃之可惜。试将高频头AGC的接线改接到IC第⑥脚所接电阻的一端,仔细调整第⑥脚所接电阻的阻值,使AGC电压正常。用一只固定电阻代换第⑥脚所接电阻,声、像均好,故障排除。
