目的分析人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的实施效果。方法选取我院于2015年5月至2016年11月收治的174例住院患者,将其随机分为参照组与研究组各87例,参照组患者进行常规护理管理,研究组患者进行人性化护理管理,对比两组患者的护理满意度以及护理临床效果。结果研究组患者的护理满意度以及护理后病情恢复的总有效率均明显高于参照组,P<0.05。结论在医院护理管理中对患者实施人性化管理模式能够取得理想的效果,不仅提高了患者对护理的满意度,而且还促进了患者病情的有效恢复,改善了患者的预后,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of humanized management mode in hospital nursing management. Methods A total of 174 inpatients admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and study group, with 87 cases in each group. Patients in reference group were treated with routine nursing care. Patients in study group were treated with humanized nursing Management, compared the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing and nursing clinical effect. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group patients and the total effective rate of recovery after nursing were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humane management mode in hospital nursing management can achieve the desired effect, which not only improves patient satisfaction with nursing care, but also promotes the effective recovery of patients’ condition and improves patient prognosis, which is worthy of promotion.
