在近年来查处的大要案中,交通腐败引起了人们特别的关注,交通厅长纷纷落马已成为经济领域犯罪的一个奇特现象。交通厅为何盛产腐败?国家交通建设资金焉能成为某些贪官的聚宝盆和摇钱树?震惊之余,留给我们的思考是多方面的。发表此文,旨在深入思考,加强监督,通过认真学习《中国共产党党内监督条例(试行)》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》,解决交通建设体制上的缺陷,弥补这个体制上的疏漏,“对症下药”,革弊布新,彻底堵住交通腐败黑洞。
In major cases investigated and dealt with in recent years, traffic corruption has drawn special attention. The sudden loss of transport chiefs has become a peculiar phenomenon in the economic field. Why the traffic corps is rich in corruption? How can the state transportation construction fund become the cornucopia and cash cow of some corrupt officials? What is left for us to think in many ways? This article is published in order to deepen thinking and strengthen supervision. By earnestly studying the “Regulations for the Supervision of the Communist Party of China (Trial)” and the “Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Sanctions,” solving the defects of the traffic construction system and making up for the omission in this system, “The right medicine”, the new drastic changes, completely blocking traffic black holes in corruption.
