在武术套路教学中，运用表象训练与常规教学进行对比，发现运用表象训练可以加速武术套路的技术形成，从而提高教学质量。
In the teaching of Wushu routine, the comparison between imagery training and conventional teaching shows that the use of imagery training can speed up the technical formation of Wushu routines, so as to improve teaching quality.
