我院自1995年10月～1997年12月共收治重症肝炎22例,其中甲型肝炎4例,乙型肝炎13例,甲乙型肝炎双重感染5例,分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:病例选择符合1990年上海第六届全国病毒性肝炎会议制定标准。22例均为病后4～12天,在我科治疗两周左右病人,经免疫学检查确诊。其中男17例,女5例,年龄分布:6～14岁3例,15～30岁10例,31～50岁7例,51～70岁2例,全年均有发病。 1.2 起病情况:病初乏力(22例)、纳差(22
Our hospital from October 1995 to December 1997 were treated 22 cases of severe hepatitis, of which 4 cases of hepatitis A, 13 cases of hepatitis B, hepatitis B double infection in 5 cases, as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: The case selection in line with the Sixth National Conference on the development of viral hepatitis in Shanghai in 1990 to develop standards. 22 cases were 4 to 12 days after the disease, in our department for about two weeks of treatment, confirmed by immunological examination.
