当前,技工院校的教育教学改革是以“就业为导向,能力为本位,服务为宗旨”的现代职业理念为指导,以职业教育的培养目标为引领,渗透职业教育的思想。作为技工院校的语文课在这场大改革中是不是只能面临着被改掉的厄运?如果技工院校语文课还有存在的必要,那么,技工院校的语文课应该进行怎样的改革才能适应以就业为导向的技工教育?这是我们每一个从事语文教学工作的教师和教育教学管理人员应当思考与研究的问题。
At present, the reform of education and teaching in technical institutes is guided by the modern career philosophy of “employment-oriented, ability-based, service-oriented” and the cultivation of vocational education as a guide to penetrate the thought of vocational education. As a Chinese college of mechanics, can it be confronted with the bad luck that has been changed in this great reform? If there is any need for the Chinese class in technical schools, what kind of reform should be carried out in the Chinese class in technical schools? Can we adapt ourselves to the employment-oriented education of technicians? This is a question that every teacher, teacher and teacher in education and teaching who engages in Chinese teaching should think and study.
