[病 例]女,28岁。因盲鼻阻塞一年余,流血性鼻涕一个月,于1991年7月28日就医。体检:外鼻无畸形,右鼻前庭皮肤潮红,有少量脓性分泌物.前鼻镜下:右鼻腔有粘浓浓性分泌物,吸引后见鼻中隔与下鼻甲之间,联一石头样灰褐色异物.表面有脓性分泌物附着,触之坚硬,收缩粘膜后见异物与中隔及下甲接触区粘膜有溃烂及血性分泌物,探之上下与鼻腔顶及底部均有缝隙。后鼻镜下:异物位于总鼻道,性状同上。X光拍头部
